Reminder: Dear Westwood Parents and Guardians, We are very excited to offer The Baillie Players' Production of “Oz the Musical” on Thursday, March 14th. Our students will be performing three shows that day, however only two will be open to the public as the performance will last close to an hour and we must begin bus dismissal for some at 2:05. Regulations prevent us from using the same roads for bus and car dismissal. The 1:00 pm show is reserved for students and faculty at Westwood Elementary. If parents wish to purchase a ticket, tickets are being sold for $5 (cash only). Tickets will be available at the door, but there is a strict limit of 250 people per show. The public shows will be at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm, doors open 30 minutes prior to the show starting. The gym will be cleared between the performances and a new ticket is required to re-enter. Due to the large number of student performers, we encourage 3rd and 4th grade parents to attend the 5:30 pm showing, and 5th grade parents to attend the 7:30 pm showing. After the 7:30pm show, 5th grade students will be dismissed from the gym with their parents, or to the front bus loop of the school. Third and fourth grade performers will be dismissed from the car rider entrance on the side of the building. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Robinson at brobinson@acsdsc.org. -- Paul Anderson, Principal Westwood Elementary School W.E. means US! 864-366-9604
